Join us in this cozy, sacred setting for a special Tuesday offering of self-care and relaxation from 6:30-8PM. We will be using a few specific poses to work with meridians of the season and help you to stretch out and relax deeply. Angela Guerra, licensed acupuncturist, from Starbeam Eklektik, will be providing a sound bath and offer everyone an auricular seed protocol to help reset and encourage you to drift and consciously dream.

We limit the class size to 9 people so everyone can rest comfortably. If you sign up and cannot make it, please let us know immediately so we can give your space to someone else.
Wear comfy appropriate pajamas or layered yoga clothes and socks or slippers so you are warm and toasty. Bring your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort--we will have ones out, along with bolsters and other props, but sometimes your stuff is better for YOU!
