Class Description:
Gather in community for some gentle self-care and stretches, journal about what you are hoping to release for the Full Moon at this time, and then do a drum journey to rest & receive answers as to how best to do that given your current circumstances. We will usually have some journal prompts, oracle cards and/or tarot to help clarify your questions and mind so you ca have a deeper experience.
Wear appropriate pajamas or lounge wear and comfy socks or slippers. Bring your journal, a pen, a water bottle, and your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort. We will have mats, props, and rice packs for you comfort, but sometimes, your stuff is more comforting.
Sliding scale of $46-28.00 per person (based upon what you can afford and feel it is worth). Please pay online to reserve your spot. If something comes up and you cannot attend, I need at least 24 hours notice, or a refund will NOT be issued.
