Join Jen Martin & Karla Terry for a spiritual journey to Scotland over 11 days & 10 nights.   We will start the first half of our journey at The Forse of Nature Retreat Center with our guides, Emma and Kate from Story and Soul Retreats. They will provide an opening fire and share Selkie stories focused on the themes of freedom, personal transformation and emotional truths so we can all set our own intentions for the journey. We will visit cairns, castles, explore the beaches and cliffs of Northern Scotland and have the opportunity to hike up and down the Whaligoe Steps. You can look for beauty and magic on a cruise of Loch Ness and the surrounding areas, visit a number of hidden glens and the Sueno Stone before settling into our group accommodations at the Burgie House on the stunning Moray Firth. From here we dive into the stories of the Cailleach and her lessons of seasonal cycles, stewardship and land wisdom. By holding daily circles of rituals and cultivating self care we will be more able to enjoy the sacred experiences of visiting the Reindeer Herd of Cairngorms National Park, exploring the Prince Albert Cairn, taking a railway excursion into the mountains, and hiking around different beaches and coastal wildlife areas to look for birds, dolphins and seals. The Burgie House also has over 1000 acres and an arboretum to explore so we will do this AND partake in The Heroine’s Journey to learn more about the Major Arcana Tarot and how we can use this process on our own journey of trust, hope and growth. We will wrap up our journey with sightseeing in the Highland capital of Inverness, a group dinner and then flying out the next morning.
