This is a beautiful space and time for resting and cultivating an open heart and mind for whatever you have been envisioning for the New Year. The New Moon is on January 29th, so this gives you plenty of time to visualize and plan what you are creating in the first quarter on 2025. You CAN'T beat the benefits of this special community offering.
Stress-relieving acupuncture by licensed acupuncturist, Beth Busse, and guided visual imagery meditation and energy work by Jen Martin, Master Reiki Teacher & ERYT 500! Receive this and maybe some scritchy scratches and neck squeezes all for $46.00 per individual.

We limit the class size to 8 people so everyone can rest comfortably in this community setting. If you sign up and cannot make it, please let us know immediately so we can give your space to someone else.
Please feel welcome to wear your snuggly/appropriate pajamas or loungewear that can easily be rolled up and socks or slippers that can be removed. Bring your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort--we will have ones out, but sometimes your stuff is better for YOU!
