Saturday, February 22nd / Explore and Express Creative Workshop

Use this day as a date with your sacred self. We will be doing meditation, journaling, art and discussion as a way to jumpstart your connection to your creativity.

Katy Marver, ATR, LPC, holds space and assists you with the artistic process as you empty yourself of worry and judgement, create something that is born from your wise self, and then share in a safe space with others who may have similar experiences.

Please be willing to do some personal work in order to unleash your sense of childlike wonder and fun. Bring your water bottle, a journal and pen, and wear layers of clothing and warm socks or bring your comfy slippers. Paint. brushes, markers and other fun art supplies are included in the $35.00 cost per person.
