Class Description:  

What You Can Do with Reiki Level 1:
Self-Healing: Perform daily Reiki on yourself to reduce stress, balance energy, and promote relaxation.
Treat Others: Offer hands-on healing to friends, family, and pets.
Energize Environments: Use energy on plants, food, and your workspace.
Beginner Techniques: Learn foundational hand positions for energetic balancing.
What to Expect from Level 1 Training:
Attunement/Placement: A, sacred, energetic process conducted by a Reiki Master that connects you to the Reiki energy source.
History & Principles: Learning the history, ethics, and guiding precepts of Traditional Usui Reiki.
Duration: Often taught over a weekend or a 4–6 hour, one-day workshop.
No Prerequisites: Open to anyone, regardless of prior experience.
