This autumn, join Jennifer Martin at The Soul Source, LLC for an intimate day of meditation, reflection, nature, ritual and creativity as we explore the ancient practice of creating sacred spaces to honor those who came before us.
Through the practice of journeying and guided ancestor meditation, prayer, song, offerings, journaling and time in nature, you will create both an indoor and outdoor altar to honor your ancestors and explore the gifts, wisdom and stories you carry forward.

No previous experience with altar work is necessary.
Through the practice of journeying and guided ancestor meditation, prayer, song, offerings, journaling and time in nature, you will create both an indoor and outdoor altar to honor your ancestors and explore the gifts, wisdom and stories you carry forward.

Saturday | 9 AM-4 PM | $85.00 Per Person | Limited to 10 Participants
What to bring:
A soft blanket and comfy pillow, so you can feel safe and relaxed during meditation and journeying.
Personal photos, objects or other items connected to your ancestors or your memory to them.
A cloth for your inside altar, a bunch of flowers for your outside altar, and any favorite food or snacks you want to use as an offering.
A dish to pass for potluck lunch.
A journal and pen, layers of clothes for inside and outside work and slippers/socks for being in the studio.

Bring cash to the event or pay online to reserve your spot. If something comes up and you cannot attend, we need at least 24 hours notice, or a refund will NOT be issued.
