Sunday, December 22nd / Special Medicine of Peace Meditative Event

Medicine Of Peace is an acupuncture protocol that utilizes the application of acupuncture auricularly (in the ear). It is a 5 point protocol that has been used to assist and support in many health services for it's powerful effects on neural regulation. It allows the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system branches to come into a balanced state. Allowing for relaxation of the blood vessels, muscles and stress related responses in the body. From a balanced/relaxed state of being, in this group meditative space, the body can heal and repair on the deepest levels. This is not a guided meditation event. Jen Martin will be providing some gentle body and energy work as a special holiday gift to all participants.
