Join Katy Marver and Jen Martin for a special evening of self care focused on relaxation and reflection before the Full Harvest Super Moon. Wear comfortable pajamas or loungewear, bring your favorite hand lotion, pillow and snuggly blanket--we will also have Cerave and China Gel for everyone.
SPARK (Self-care Practices And Reiki Kinetics) is something we will practice together using simple moving/breathing stretches, gentle massage, visualization, affirmations and energy work while you rest in a short guided meditation. This is a PERFECT way to care for YOU, prepare to embrace the power of the full moon and start your new week out feeling rested and energized.

Cost is $37.00 per person and you can reserve your spot on line at: www.thesoulsource.com. Only 8 participants per class to make sure we have ample room and time to get to everyone. If something comes up and you cannot attend, we need at least 24 hours notice, or a refund will NOT be issued.
