Class Description:

Come Nestle in with yourself and receive an experience of 432 Hz Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls, Zaphyr Element attuned Chimes and Metal Cosmo Bowls.

Sound Bath Therapies are a method to explore Somatic Restoration in the body through the guidance of frequency through the nervous and cellular systems of the human form. This sound bath can allow us the opportunity to eliminate stress and strain lying latent in our body matrix and causing feelings of imbalance.

Wear appropriate pajamas or lounge wear and comfy socks or slippers. Bring a water bottle, and your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort. We will have mats, props, and rice packs for you comfort, but sometimes, your stuff is more comforting.

Sliding scale of $46-28.00 per person (based upon what you can afford and feel it is worth). Please pay online to reserve your spot. If something comes up and you cannot attend, I need at least 24 hours notice, or a refund will NOT be issued.
