Wednesday Night, July 29th / Drum Journey & Energy Work To Celebrate Full Buck Moon

Join Jennifer Martin from The Soul Source and Katy Marver from Soul Fire Integrative Therapy for a Drum Journey and Energy Work evening session to utilize the energy and power of the Full Buck Moon in Aquarius.

Aquarius brings themes of transformation, collective vision, and a tension between personal identity and conformity. Learn to Embrace Authenticity: Push past pressure to conform and honor your unique perspective, Evaluate Community: Focus on how you fit into and uplift your wider social circles or collective goals, Avoid Impulsive Breaks: Manage sudden urges to radically disrupt or "burn bridges" out of emotional detachment.

To be most comfortable you are welcome to bring a mat, pillow and blanket, your journal and pen and a water bottle. Wear comfy loungewear or appropriate pajamas and socks and gather in community at The Tower Heritage Center, 320 S. 5th Ave., Old Courthouse, 2nd floor, for some gentle self-care and stretches, journaling prompts about how you want to move from reflection to action and then do a drum journey to rest & receive answers as to how best to do that given any emotional endings. No experience is necessary. Katy Marver will be providing energy work for everyone while you rest and journey.
